Dorit Zilbershot is a distinguished technology executive and thought leader specializing in artificial intelligence and enterprise software solutions. She currently holds the position of Group Vice President of AI and Innovation at ServiceNow, where she spearheads the integration of cutting-edge generative and agentic AI capabilities into the company's platform to enhance workflow automation and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining ServiceNow, she was the Chief Product Officer at Attivio, an AI-powered answers and insights provider. Before that she served as a Major in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF), where she was responsible for leading teams developing mission-critical command and control systems.

Dorit holds an MPA from Harvard University, an M.Sc. in Medical Science from Tel Aviv University, and a B.A. in Computer Science from the Technion.
